Jon has spent his career working closely with architects, contractors, and communities to help bring meaningful spaces to life — including schools, libraries, recreation centers, Indigenous cultural centers, and healthcare facilities. He’s known for his practical approach to project delivery and his strong relationships across the design and construction industry.

With a solid technical background and a people-first mindset, Jon approaches each project with the belief that good work speaks for itself. His philosophy: communicate clearly, follow through, and keep things simple. As he puts it: “Be humble, hungry, and smart.”

When he’s not on site or deep in collaboration, Jon enjoys travelling — especially to the Caribbean or Europe — with a gin and ginger beer in hand.
